A Master Marksman
Hawkeye is a superhero that originally appeared in Marvel Comics. The character first appeared as a villain in the comic book Tales of Suspense #57 in 1964 and later joined the Avengers in The Avengers #16 (1965).
We eventually got to see the archer appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in his short cameo in Thor (2011), portrayed by Jeremy Renner. He has since appeared as a main protagonist in the likes of The Avengers (2012), Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016), and Avengers: Endgame (2019) — among others.
Disney+ has also produced Hawkeye, a miniseries that was created by Jonathan Igla. The tale takes place after the events of Avengers: Endgame, featuring Clint Barton and Kate Bishop.
